Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Shoes (due to direct contact with feet)
- Polo shirts (considered intimate apparel)
- Pullovers (once tags are removed)
Note: This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship them to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your return is processed.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- We cannot refund original customs charges
